Greetings, Next week I celebrate my 690th birthday, it was a cold day back in 1330 in central Transylvania. It was 02/19/1330 at 11:59 as determined by the sundial, luckily it was not an overcast day. My mother gave natural birth to me and the rest is history. Always an overachiever, I was craving solid food from the beginning. But now 690 years later we will celebrate with the Abbittstein clan in Sodo on Sunday. All hail the Count and they have promised me mountains of gifts!

As I sit here I am slowly getting excited about our new castle purchase, 1 month and 3 days away. More to come.........

ITs now Mid-July and nothing done for Halloween yet. This will be our last year with our yard haunt, we have done this for 23 years now and may sell the house in the spring. I will get to updating and getting ready for Halloween starting in August with plussing up our mausoleum.

2011 will be a very good year!

Its almost the ides of March!

As we approach this time, we reflect on the success of last year and start pulling things together for the upcoming holiday season. We are in the middle of renovating the loo in the Asylum wing of the Castle, we just put invisible fence collars on the inmates and are allowing them to wander through the grounds! Please do not stare at them if you encounter one of them, that's just not polite.

Radio Von Abbittstein will be in use this year transmitting the ghoulish sounds in full stereo in your car on 101.9 FM. As you drive by enjoy the spine tingling sounds our apparitions, ghouls and monsters love to make when you are near. Is that a girl's voice crying in the background? Who knows unless you hear it with your own ears.

Renfield is returning this year in an interactive state, using his voice and moving head to announce your arrival! He may even be talking to you!

Welcome to my Nightmare!

Welcome to my nightmare! Well, we made it past the Ides of March and a lot of things have changed! During winter break this year I have accomplished my most prized goal of my long, evil life and have graduated from an online Medical program with the University of Central Transylvania. (GO BATS!) There was very intense and frightening course work during the 2 weeks of classes. Dissecting living zombies, the physical differences between the undead and living (one eats brains and the other doesn’t! Who knew?) Of course, I made use of the Castle’s different graveyards for the mandatory scalpel practice labs and some of the local townspeople as well. But it was all worth it, as you can now call me - Count Von Abbittstein, PhD. Once I gained all this new knowledge, I then commenced convincing the Wicked Witch of the West that she should return back to being my Countess. After all she got her sisters red slippers, so it was time to move on. She actually agreed with me, so she has shed her black witch’s gown and once again she is my Countess. Of course my new found scalpel skills might have had something to do with this as well. The best part is she transformed her flying monkey back into Igorini! I had missed her bumping in to the walls and causing havoc in the dungeons. I actually have already cleaned out the lab so she wouldn’t revert back to her monkey ways of throwing poo when upset. Also my minions have remodeled portions of the Castle to accommodate my new research! Now I am able to continue the work of my deceased colleague the famous Dr. Frankenstein! Plus many, many other diabolical experiments that I cannot wait to unleash on the world. So that's where we stand for early 2010! Remember the 8th Annual Doctor Von Abbittstein's Halloween Extravaganza will be held on Saturday, the 30th day of October, in the year of our Count, 2010! I have renewed energy

Welcome Foolish Mortals,
I am just amazed on how much I have been affected by my sleep disorder in the past! I have energy now that I can't sit still for an entire weekend anymore more or less, sleep through it.

Well my official Halloween website has been updated with the following information -

Well we made it past the Ides of March and things have changed!

During winter break this year I took an online Medical Doctor's diploma program, it
was very intense and there was a lot to learn in the 2 weeks of classes. Of course, the
