I have renewed energy

Welcome Foolish Mortals,
I am just amazed on how much I have been affected by my sleep disorder in the past! I have energy now that I can't sit still for an entire weekend anymore more or less, sleep through it.

Well my official Halloween website has been updated with the following information -

Well we made it past the Ides of March and things have changed!

During winter break this year I took an online Medical Doctor's diploma program, it
was very intense and there was a lot to learn in the 2 weeks of classes. Of course, the
labs in the different graveyards were mandatory to practice our scalpel skills. But it was
all worth it, you can now call me -
Doctor Von Abbittstein

Once I gained all this new knowledge I then went to work on convincing the Wicked
Witch of the West, that when she was my Countess, she was actually much happier.
After all she got her sisters red slippers, so it was time to move on. She actually agreed
with me, so she has shed her black witches gown and once again she is my Countess.

The best part is she transformed her flying monkey back into Igorini, man I missed
her. I actually have already cleaned out the lab so she was amazed that she wouldn't have
to do this.

We have had to remodel the castle this year to accommodate all my research, many area's
are now converted into lab space so I can do my research and continue the work of my
deceased colleague the famous Dr. Frankenstein!

So that's where we stand for early 2010!

Remember the 8th Annual Doctor Von Abbittstein's Halloween Extravaganza will be
held on Saturday, 10/30/2010!

More to come on this, but I have purchased enough used junk to start putting together some lab scene props amongst all the other work.

2010 its starting early this year!

Its just March but we have unburied the Laboratory and it actually can accomodate 2 cars in there with all the Halloween Props at the same time. Still need to clean up the bench area so I can start working on projects during the week and Mommy Do list on the weekends.

First on the list is creating candles out of PVC pipe with the fake flickering tea lights inside. Using hot glue on the outside to make it look like old candles with all kinds of dripping on the sides.

Second will be getting the animatronic skull up and working so I can create a spiel for the Halloween Party and another for the trick or treaters.

Thirdly will be the bust of my head and a video of Doctor Von Abbittstein, I took a on line Doctorate course in monsterism in November through February. It will be a video projection on the bust of me to explain the Doctors clinic and graveyard combined!
